Reiki is a safe and gentle, non-intrusive, hands-on healing complementary therapy. The Japanese word Reiki means universal life-force energy, and Reiki healers channel this energy to treat physical ailments. The treatment is completely holistic and heals the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of a person, whatever the original physical ailment may have been. Reiki can help to treat any form of illness, however severe, as the spiritual energy flows through the body's energy centres (chakras), pathways (meridians) and around the body's auric field. The body becomes ill when its energy field becomes blocked. Reiki Universal energy vibrates at a very high level, and helps to break through these blockages by flowing through all of the affected parts of the aura, and the physical body, charging them with positive energy, and raising the vibratory level of the whole energy field. It clears and balances the chakras, straightens the meridians and allows the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way around the whole body. This then strengthens and accelerates the body's own natural ability to heal itself, and opens the mind, emotions and spirit to an acceptance and understanding of the causative issues that have led to disease in the first place.
Natural Nutrition is vital to a healthy lifestyle, and healing on any level is always accentuated and improved when used in conjunction with a healthy diet, and some form of exercise.
Soul Coaching encourages clients to lead their best lives, and to follow their life's purpose by pursuing their passions and living their dreams.
Reiki Nutrition uses a combination of hands on Reiki healing, nutritional analysis and soul coaching to treat every client individually and holistically. The initial treatment takes about an hour and a half, which consists of a detailed medical questionnaire firstly, followed by a Reiki healing session of about an hour. Clients are either seated or lying down, fully clothed, and usually feel very relaxed, warm and peaceful during the treatment. During the treatment, any nutritional or coaching insights that I receive are discussed with the client, and suggestions made as to the holistic way forward. Any further treatments last about an hour.
I am a Third Degree Reiki Master with a Diploma in Natural Nutrition. I am also a qualified Life Coach with a specialism in Soul Coaching. As a mother of 3 grown up daughters and a former teacher with 20 years experience of working with "special needs" children, I have a particular passion for the link between nutrition and childhood behaviour. I believe all of our children are special, and hence deserve the best start in life by having access to a healthy, nutritious diet. My clients are many and varied, with varying degrees of "illness", but all find that Reiki Nutrition helps with many ailments. Please feel free to contact me anytime to discuss your requirements.
